FireFly Balloons can be manufactured with any or all of the 18 standard colours to create a custom design pattern in a choice of either a zig-zag or horizontal cut envelope. Spirals, Semi-spirals, Scrappy, Diamond and Double Diamond patterns are available as additional cost options.

Warranty

The Balloon Works and Galaxy Balloons offer the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. The limited warranty covers the components of the balloon system for varying periods of time against defects in materials and workmanship.

  •  
  • Balloon fabric, including the envelope and valve, is warranted for a period of 1000 hours or 6 ordng to a schedule provided at the time of purchase.
  • The balloon envelope, including load cords, FlexNet tapes, girdles, suspension cables, is warranted for a period of one year from the date of certification.
  • The balloon basket, including floor, suspension ropes, pressure panel, tanks and hoses, is warranted for a period of one year.
  • The Mirage burner is warranted for a period of ten years with the exception of parts such as seals and pilot light origices which may require replacement during normal maintenance.
Trade-In Allowance
All FireFly balloons come with a guaranteed trade-in allowance. For more information on how much your old envelope is worth, call Balloons Unlimited.
